Where are you located?We are located in the Adelaida Mountains of Paso Robles, CA . We are only 10 minutes from the downtown Paso Robles city center, amongst world class wineries and restaurants.

What are your delivery options?We provide safe, secure shipping to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. If you are local we will also delivery to your home or business free of charge.

When does my oil expire?Olive oil generally has a shelf life of 24 months, or 2 years. Our best by date reflects two years after the day of pressing, which is the same day the olives were picked. Once opened, oil should be consumed within 6 months. We recommend using the olive oil within 60 days in order to preserve the freshness and flavor of the oil.

What is Dry Farmed?Dry farming is a farming practice that involves using no irrigation/water when growing crops. For our grove the only water that the trees receive is the natural rainfall. This practices produces fruit with high concentrations of beneficial compounds and the unique flavor profile of our oil.

Do you use pesticides and herbicides?No. We do not spray our trees at all, ever.

Do you use fertilizer?Our fertilizer is all natural. We spread the leftover pumice after pressing our oil amongst our trees to naturally compost and feed the grove for years to come.

Is your Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic?We farm our grove using 100% organic practices. Because we do not apply any external fertilizer, pesticides, or herbicides the olive oil we produce is completely organic and you can taste the difference.
